The apartments are furnished with high-quality furniture in modern style and fully equipped including towels and bed linen. The kitchens leave nothing to be desired, either. Both apartments have their own ski room, as well as an infrared cabin for maximum comfort.
In order to spare our guests the hassle of carrying their skiing equipment, we have our own ski depot lockers in the HOTEL VIP ski depot at the Pardatschgratbahn building since 2020. There you can conveniently store your equipment and take the short way home or dive into the extraordinary nightlife of Ischgl right away.
Our chalet lies only 130m from the entrance of the pedestrian tunnel with direct access to the Pardatschgratbahn. The tunnel takes you directly to the cable car and the ski run or to one of the many restaurants such as Nikis Stadl, the Nevada Alm or the Kitzloch. You can also reach supermarkets, drugstores and sports shops quickly and easily via the pedestrian tunnel.
The Silvretta Therme, a newly built thermal bath, lies only a few steps away from our chalet, as well. A short walk of about 400m separates you from the new wellness-oasis in the Paznaun, where you can end a perfect day completely relaxed, while you’re ice-skating, swimming or having a time-out in the sauna. The Silvretta Therme is supposed to open in December 2022.

Apart Viva is located in a quiet, sunny area of Ischgl. The town center, the Pardatschgrat cable car, and the Silvretta Thermal Baths are all within easy walking distance, while you can enjoy peace and quiet and beautiful views of the Paznaun Valley.
The valley stations of the Pardatschgrad cable car are easily accessible on foot via the Prenner tunnel in about 300 m, as Apart Viva is located near the center, but pleasantly away from the hustle and bustle.
Yes. All guests of Apart Viva enjoy free parking directly at the building. This makes arrival particularly convenient – even with lots of luggage or ski equipment. Thanks to the proximity to the town center, shops, ski rentals, restaurants, and cable cars, our guests usually don’t need their car during their stay.
Yes, all apartments at Apart Viva are bright, modern, and furnished to a high standard. They include fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, modern bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms – ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. Each of the two apartments has a bathtub and an infrared sauna. Both apartments have direct access to the garden from the bedrooms and a private balcony in the living room.
Absolutely. The spacious layout, separate bedrooms, children’s sleeping arrangements, and quiet location make Apart Viva an ideal accommodation for families with children. Next to the house is a large meadow where children can sled or play in the snow. The private garden also offers a great opportunity for building snowmen and running around.
Yes. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, automatic coffee machine or filter coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils and dishes – perfect for those who like to cook for themselves on holiday.
Yes. Apart Viva offers TWO options.
One option is dedicated ski storage for each of the two apartments in the lobby, ensuring your ski and snowboard equipment stays safe and dry. An electric boot dryer guarantees warm ski boots in the morning.
Alternatively, you can opt for an exclusive ski depot in the VIP hotel depot located directly at the Pardatschgradbahn valley station. This allows you to easily and securely store your equipment after a run down the mountain and comfortably end the day in your street shoes, without having to worry about your ski gear.
